AskWoody PlusHi Bruce,
I was trying to access the User Guide directly from the Nitro site. When I try this it only opens but goes no further, the right side
remains blank, just hanging. I can open the PDF version.
I would like to sort out the hh.exe problem if this is supposed to be on my system.
Many thanks

AskWoody PlusHi Joe
The SFC/SCANNOW did not find any integrity violations. Please explain.
The closest folder I can see on system32 is hhsetup.dll. Does this mean anything?
Many thanks

Many thanks

AskWoody PlusHi Bob
Many thanks for the reply. If I am running Firefox, does this have an effect on how Secunia PSI runs, or do I have to have IE as my default
browser? I had to re-install PSI again yesterday to get it to run, otherwise it just hangs forever.
Regards Dave. -

Maybe this will help. Open FF, tools>options>Privacy tab>settings> Settings for Clearing History, check Browsing History, OK. -

AskWoody PlusHi Zig
Yes, their English is not perfect but they get the message across, and they reply very promptly to all queries.I have only very recently installed the free EaseUs Todo and am having a few teething problems, but I feel this will do a good job.Dave
