Sorry, I haven’t been here for a while. Using Day vew and clicking a quarter hour does work. Thank you. I did manage to change the interval on the new appointment dialogue in a previous version of Outlook so I could just click a day on the monthly calendar and set the start time to 15 min intervals. Apparently that is not available for 2002. At least I have a workable solution. Again, thanks.

Yes, that changes the view. What I want to do is change the times available when entering a new appointment. Now when you uncheck the box for “All day event” the start and time show 30 min increments. I would like these to show 15 min incremets instead. What you pointed me to changes the way you see in Day view but does not change this part. Thanks for prompt responses.

Well, I haven’t been here for a while. The main prob seems to have solved itself or my update cure may have done it. I found that I had to turn on cryptographic services to use the windows update site. It may have effected the other problem too. Anyway both are solved now. Thanks.

Norton says no viruses (I am religious about this) Ad-Aware says no spyware. The event code is 64004 and error is 0x800b0100 (no signature). Each wfp error involves different system files.

Hans, I took the easy way and changed Status to a numeric field and all works now. THANK YOU. You are correct about control names I have been lazy.

Son of a gun. That worked and it is only 30+kb now. Hi Charlotte. I sent you a private message a while back. I was trying to get you included in the RFP for the Grand Lodge database but you didn’t answer. Well here it is.

I got it down to 135kb compressed. It only contains a table with 8 fields and 6 records plus the tblSelect. One query and one form with all controls removed except the ones involving name, status and archived. I have removed all VB code that didn’t do anything with all this stuff removed. I can’t think of anything else to remove. Uncompressed it is 996kb.

I can only get it down to 353kb. I cannot send it this way. I could send it as an e-mail attachment if you would send me your e-mail. My e-mail is listed in my profile.
      Thanks

Well, I still can’t get this to work. Just for information Lookupname is a field in Member Query which combins lastname, firstname etc. It is not a querry of its own. Also, the line at the bottom Me.RecordSource = strRecordSource causes everything to halt with the message tha “you canceled the previous operation” If I take the last two lines out nothing happens when I click on a selection in cbxSelect.
