      Thank you for your reply. Iplayer now tells me I need an App, I installed the App now Iplayer runs fine
      Just go’s to show computers don’t always tell the truth.

      Thank you Medico for all your help I eventually got rid of Babylon with your help.
      1 I uninstalled Firefox with Revo advanced
      2 Cleaned the reg with ccleaner (found lots of Firefox entry’s)
      3 Ran regedit and found many entry’s for babylon using f3 to find babylon deleted them all
      I normally use Chrome I will stick with Chrome

      Did you disable the Babylon add-on, then use Programs and Features to remove the Toolbar? Perhaps this Mozilla support page will assist.

      Babylon is not to be seen as a Firfox add on add on, not to be seen Win7 add remove programs. In Firefox option Google is set as search engine, Google.com as the home page. Babylon still appears as the search engine. searched Win7 c: babylon no result.
      Where else can it be hidden btw I have win7 set up to show hidden files & folders.

      Thank you Jerry however when I click “You might want to try method 2” this takes me to a page where I can select Windows Vista or Window 7 but no link to Vista or win7:huh:

      Are you talking about Task Manager? I do have Task Manager available when I use Ctrl+Alt+Del. It also allows me to Switch User.

      If you are indeed talking about Task Manager you can type Task Manager in the search box (Win 7 – Do not remember in Vista) and Run box.

      Thank you, you are correct I was talking about Task Manager. It was gone it had disappeared after updating windows. I could lock my computer, or log off However, Task Manager has come back.
