      I understand the sectioning off of the recently used templates. My available for use in the lower pane are not in alphabetical order left to right or top to bottom. I

      Thank you for your reply. I can see now that I can change the background colour in the Advanced Properties. Changing the format of the controls to match the new 2003 design seems to be much trickier

      Thank you for your replies – with and without the smileys!

      I do have those options in 2000 but the result of the filter includes all my tasks in the plan with deadlines whether or not the deadline is missed in the plan. I was wanting just to show those tasks I have planned but which, in the plan, have missed the deadline – even before I put any actuals in.
