I’ve just downloaded a newer and updated version which has specific URL permission and hopefully this will work.
      Thanks for your help?

Attached is the software I’m using (which I originally found on a Woody’s newsletter).
The message on the email tells me that Outlook removed the URL.
Telling everybody id just not practical.

Thanks but I’m using Novak’s software and have been since it was introduced and all other attachments are coming through fine.
I never had this problem with Office XP.
It’s no practical that I request peopel sending me URLs to include them in the body of the message.

      February 7, 2002 at 10:44 am in reply to: CD-RW won’t eject #568845

I put a query on the Roxio forum and this is the solution to the problem.

When a disc is in use by DirectCD, it can not be ejected using the drive eject button. The user must use the DirectCD Wizard to eject the disc. This is because DirectCD must write some UDF related data to the disc before the disc can eject (this just takes a second or 2).

Yes I am using Direct CD but I’ve never had a problem before.
What has happened is that I’ve installed a new MSI motherboard and reformatted and reinstalled the entire HD.

      Hi Betty

Thanks very much for taking the trouble and responding.

I recently bought and installed Easy CD creator however I upgraded it and installed it as per the Roxio website:

      http://www.roxio.com/en/support/ecdc/xpup.jhtml

Are there another drivers downloads I should install?

      Kind regards
