I have a reg key that adds the File, Send To, Mail Recipient As Attachment. I use it quite often when setting up newly imaged Win XPWord 2003 PCs. If you want a copy, send me a reply with your email address and I’ll send it to you. Thanks.

Good Question Hans – here’s what we needed. We’re setting up a column of numbers and want to subtract 5779.91 from each prior total – so in our first cell (A1) we have =1387177.25-5779.91, which gave us a total; then for cell A2 we have =A1-5771.91. Cell A2 is then repeated for our remaining cells (A3, A4, A5, etc.)

I just selected all the text in the document (without the last paragraph mark); copied and did a Paste Special into a new document and it seems to work now.

If it’s just a matter of readjusting the row height, then I can live with that. Too bad we’re 7,000 miles apart – I owe you a few beers! Thanks Hans

Cell alignment is Justify in all cells. The cell above the problem cell in my attachment is set for justify also. If I change the alignment in the problem cell, say to Top, then I have extra space at the bottom of the cell. It’s acting very strange. Here’s another screen shot.
