Thanks for your response Preston, however I did this previously but it only puts in the total pages for the selected worksheet. I was after a way to get all the pages in the workbook as the total number of pages

Thanks everyone for your input. Problem sovled. It’s an office machine and somehow they have placed a bar on HTML format emails.

Just one other question, when I print the monthly layout, how can I get the details to word wrap so it’s not cut off.
I’ve tried using Ctrl=Shift+ Enter in the subject line to keep it short on each line, but it doesn’t print the subsequent lines.
