Instead of doing the merge as a letter, you can do it as an email. It will then email each customer individually. Instead of choosing letter as the final merge, you can select email.

When I had XP installed on my machine, I had the option of 2 addresses I could use for the Return address. As I used addresses from my address book, they would be in the drop down that I could choose from. (Occasionally did return address for my home, my boss’ house, etc.) Is there a setting somewhere I just don’t remember?

Oops – it didn’t work. It’s still having the same problem. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The machine belongs to the father of the owner of my company!

Thanks for the article. I couldn’t find anything when I went to Microsoft’s site. Must have put in the wrong string.

I’ll try this and see if it works.

I tried the download for Compare and it didn’t seem to do anything. Could it be it doesn’t work on Excel 2003? The page only discusses up to Excel 97. Or am I missing something?

Thanks for the additional information. Until you guys helped out, the only articles I was able to find mentioned nothing about the CALs with the initial purchase. I figured Microsoft was going to make their money back on the price reduction by making the client buy the licenses just like Windows Server. crazy
