If I have understood you correctly, this may work.
Right Click on the Secondary Personal Folder and select properties, then select Advanced. This screen will tell you where the .pst file (personal folder file) is stored on your drive.
Exit out of these windows and move any data you want to keep into your Primary Personal Folder, then right click on the secondary Personal Folder and select Close “personal folder”.
You can then go to the location of the .pst file on the drive and delete it. Make sure you are not deleting the wrong one, because you could lose important data if you do.

    • Leif,

That answers my question perfectly. Thank you!

Yes, delegations seem to me to sometimes have a mind of their own. The best I could suggest would be to re-check the access you gave from the folder properties of the Sent Items. Other than that, if your organisation uses multiple servers, you may need to wait for the servers to replicate, but I would not expect that to be an overly long time.

      Good luck.

It sounds like you are using Outlook on an exchange server. If this is the case, your delegate will need to view the mail in a different way.

The first thing you will need to do is give your delegate access to the top folder in your folder tree (for me it is Outlook Today or Mailbox – my name). The delegate will need permissions of at least ‘folder visible’.

Now go the delegates mailbox and go to Tools then Services. This will bring up a list of services, one of which will be Microsoft Exchange Server. Double click on this and go to the Advanced Tab. Click on the Add button and add your name in here. OK out of the all the dialogue boxes and your delegate should have a view of your folders set up in the Folder List.

      I hope this is helpful

I haven’t tried this in XP, but I have had a similar problem in 98 and 2000. It is to do with access to the Tasks folder. If the option to print a Task list is selected when the delegate tries to print the Calendar, but the delegate does not have access to see the Tasks folder, they will get a permission error.
