Still having a little trouble with this.
Financial Data is in an Access database, as is the snail mail adrress. No problem with this as I merge data to priinter.
However, how do I mail merge to e-mail, pick up the Financial data from Access table and get it into the body of the e-mail and the e-mail address from Outlook. If I create a field in Access for e-mail address, how to I get this from Access into the ‘To:’ field of n e-mail.

Yeah! I know about Access and you know about Access, and then there are those in positions of power…..
I wish I could stay with Access, but I have been instructed to go the Excel Route, but I may have thought of a way by using a VBA spawned form. Maybe if i ….. Hmm Let me ponder this further.

Hmmm Was afraid of that. Payroll System has some security settingswhich are incompatable with Property System. Guess I’ll have to put up with it.

Source Range on this occasion has no comments, but can have in the future. I have always thought that using explicit range addresses was bad coding. Will try and see.
