      files. Theses are the TMP files Word leaves like shards wherever the documents have been stored

      The Old shortcuts I learned in Access:
      Ctrl + ; Current date
      Ctrl + : Current time
      Ctrl + ‘ Duplicate the preceding entry

      Check Format>Style and click on Modify. Make sure that Automatically update is not checked. An Auto update changes the style whenever a manual adjustment is made to an entry.

      The contents of fields can be replaced. If you use Alt+F9 you can then use Edit>Replace. To replace Control codes, you need to enter the correct characters. For a linefeed the code is ^11. See TechNet Q95474

      PowerPoint has never (until now) had password protection. It is available in PowerPoint 2002.
