Thanks! I did uninstall it and the problem has been solved. FYI, it looks like it was also was causing a problem with Norton Anti virus, because that also cleared up immediately after uninstalling Dave’s.
      Thanks again!

Yes I do! Is that the problem? Should I just uninstall it or is there something else I should do? Thanks, J

Thanks for your help. I used the merge format approach rather than adding zeroes to the zips in all the records.

I’m afraid I’m not proficient enough to apply your suggestion without some help. When I create the label I just choose fields from the Excel spread sheet and space them in a format for an address label. How do I do that “picture switch” thing?
      Thanks! J

This seems to have worked. THANKS! J

“In Outlook X Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Mail Format tab.
Under Stationery and Fonts, click Fonts, and then click International Fonts.
Select the font size that you want to use in Internet Explorer, click Set as Default, and then click OK until you can quit the program. The font size should no longer revert to the former default (medium) in Internet Explorer.”

There seems to be a correlation with opening Outlook2003. If I change the IE setting and open IE it holds until I open Outlook; then the text size goes back to medium. Any thoughts on how to fix this? TIA, J

Changed that View-Text size setting. Problem is it won’t stick. Eventually it just goes back to medium.
