      Problem Solved.

      Turns out the screensaver is not unique to eMachines. Evidently it is on Vista machines by default. Didn’t realize this, because my Vista machine is the only one I had access to. Anyway, to get it on Windows 7, Windows Live Photo Gallery must be installed. Once installed go to File > Screen Saver Settings > Settings, and choose Themes. Choose the themes you like.

      Hope this helps if you lost the screensaver during an upgrade.
