AFAIK, the only way to decrypt your CTB-Locker encrypted files is with the Master key for your files. And, that key only resides on a malicious server somewhere.

After upgrading to Windows 10, the only device that indicates a problem is an Unknown Device according to Device Manager (Device ACPIHPQ00043&2411e6fe&0).

I did a Google search but did not find anything for Windows 10. …

FWIW, my “WD My Passport 2TB Portable External Hard Drive Storage USB 3.0 Black” was purchased from Amazon.com on 12/23/2012, lives in my right back pocket and is still going strong.
