Dave Thanks Kindly for the reply

Your answer is a very good one. But sadly it is not my solution.

My customer statements are printed in mass. One statement to a customer. I may have 36 statements and have 54 pages printed.
Customer number one may only have one page.
Customer number two may have two pages.
My grouping is done on the customer.

      thank you once again

      Chuck

There are dataBases that come with Access 97. One is Order Entry. This dataBase has just dialog Box that you are looking for.
If you have any problems drop me a line I’ll walk you through it.

      I’m a little confused (I’m a lot confused).

You want to UpDate and then Delete the records of your subForm? Why not just Delete the Records? And have done with it.

Or do you want to change the records of your subForm, and make corrections to those records.

Top of the Day, and thank you for the reply.

Got the little problem fixed. Needed to change CLng to CCur in the calculations. My numbers were rounding off, creating the mess that I ended with.

      Thanks, Once Again

      You could try

      Date()-7

    • in reply to: Scheduling Program #1779211

Yes you can build a Scheduling Application (program) in Access. All of the hospital in my area are using Access. The main items you need to know, is exactly what you want your application to do (Queries, VBA), and what you want face to look like(Forms).

As far as importing a calendar, look in Solutions.MDB of you sample folder(directory).

Which is why I always say Idiot Resistant, even when I spell it wrong. Nothing could actually be Idiot proof.

      Thanks much, again.

    • in reply to: Update a field with the chages value of another #515050

Miss Charlotte, I think, that I will go with another method
to meet my end. I trying to make the application as idiot resistand as I can for the end users. I think that I will have the figures calculated each time they are needed. Thank much for your time.

    • in reply to: Open Form & SubForm #514658

Please disregard previous post. Was answering a question that you did not ask. The little hampster took a nap on the wheel.

Access is asking for parameters that you did not put in your query. Post some more details I will try to get it corrected.

    • in reply to: Open Form & SubForm #514654

I believe that I just finished a task that you are trying.

Are you using a Command Button, on a main form such as a main switch board, or is it on another form. The problem may be that you need to create a macro to open your main form.

      Give me some more details.
