Microsoft launches Windows 10 version 1511
Variously called build 10586, Threshold 2 / Fall Update / version 1511 / Win10-11-12-15, they’re all available now.
If you’re in the Insider program, you already have it. I think. Not sure what happened to the “.3” on the end of 10586.
