I have a report that has as its main part totals for each of 12 Months. The report is based on a cross tab query that has collated al the data it has for each line item. It works fine for years when there is data for each month but not if there is not. For instance I ahem data for 2013 for months 1 and 3 and it stops telling me that it does not recognize 2 . Of course 2 does not exist in the filed list. I have tried a logic test iiF(is error(2),0,2) for each month. that results in putting the month number in the data field. As I sum all the months at the end of the report I have the same problem there.

    Any suggestions appreciated
