Does anyone know of a spreadsheet with more columns than Excel?

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

VBA can be licensed by software developers for inclusion in their products. A list of companies integrating VBA in their products can be found here .
I have dabbled with Corel’s implementation in Corel Draw, but never in QP or WP. I have also worked with Business Objects implementation.
The key to using VBA is to know the object model of the application. Given the differences in Microsoft’s own implementations in the Office products, you can take nothing for granted.

AskWoody LoungerMay 10, 2003 at 8:27 pm #675462You can see I’m still on the subject here post 252392.
I’m working with data derived from DNA Microarray analysis (a flash movie describes the process ). Huge datasets can be generated. I’ve written an Excel addin that does some statistical manipulation of the data, but this was written before I knew how big the dataset could be. So first I have to get it into Excel – then I’ll have to update my addin
.
Cheers

AskWoody LoungerMay 12, 2003 at 5:11 am #675658Maybe (since you’re doing stats…) you should consider using STATISTICA (http://www.statsoft.com), which:
– Handles huge datasets (which XL doesn’t)
– Has reliable stat functiions (ditto!!)
– has VBA. -
