I want to make a query that returns only records that have “Living” in the Status field of tblAllLocated, but that have nothing in the Subclass field. Both fields are Text fields, and there are several possible entries in each of them.

Neither one of those fields should be visible in the result of the query.

Part of my query is shown below. It is returning most of what I want, but it is also returning records that have entries in Subclass. Those entries are visible in the result, but “Living” is not. All Criteria lines in the query are blank, except for the “Living” under the Status field.

For the life of me, I can’t figure out what to put in the query to get rid of those entries in Subclass.

    Who can help?
