Access Help Error (Access 2000)

I received the following error while trying to access Access 2000 Help Files for the command OpenRecordSet. “Microsoft Access can’t display Help. An error occurred and this function is no longer functioning properly. Would you like to repair this feature now?
– I said yes; however, this did not repair the problem. I also tried:
– msohelp.exe/regsvr32 to re-register the help files
– Uninstalled and reinstalled Internet Explorer 5.5
– Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000
– Deleted Helpviewer in the registry

Is anyone aware of how to fix this problem?
