ADO/ VB6/Access 97…Runtime Error…URGENT (Access 97/VB6)

Hi All,
I have a VB program and I am using ADO, database is Access 97. For about a year application was running just fine. Yesterday I modified a form and I started getting

Runtime Error 2147467259(80004005)
Data provider or other service returned an E-FAIL Status.

I am able to log in and as soon as I try to run a query or something it gives me this error.
Any help is appreciated in advance.
Somebody please respond to this urgently.

Is the .mdb on a mapped network folder? If so, are you certain the drive/share is accessible?

No the .mdb was on my C: and I replaced the .mdb with a new one and it started working. It seems this problem happens in 2 cases because there is bug in the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Jet version 3.51. Accidently one of the fields changed to memo and it started giving the error.
