Adobe Flash storage is a bit like cookies. It’s up to you whether you want to allow it.

Select a different option at Control Panel, Flash Player if you don’t want to be asked for each site:

Flashplayer has made it debute in the Control Panel? I must be falling behind I thought besides the popup I got sometimes changes had to go through the Adobe website. But I have been doing w/o Flash on my XP machine for a few months now.

Just because you don't know where you are going doesn't mean any road will get you there.

It’s been there for three years:

Beginning with Flash Player 10.3, the Local Settings Manager supersedes this Online Settings Manager for managing global settings on Windows, Mac, and Linux computers.

I uninstalled Flash player. Went to Adobe web site and redownloaded the player. The web site wanting to store info. is s.yimg.com. Tried to deny but it keeps popping up.

The web site wanting to store info. is s.yimg.com.

Are you sure it’s not s.ytimg.com (Notice the ‘t’)?

Maybe Flash is set to always ask you for each individual Local Object that a website wants to store. To configure Flash Player’s settings, open the Windows Control Panel, type flash into the search box in the top right corner, then click the Flash Player icon in the search results. Then, in the Storage tab, choose your level of privacy.
