According to Secunia PSI I have the up to date version of Adobe Flash Player Active X but Adobe Flash Player NPAPI is out of date. (If I click “Install Solution” I am told I do not have a suitable browser to go to the URL) (I have IE 11).

Do I need the NPAPI version, and if so can you please give me a download link, if not where do I find the uninstaller?

If you only have IE installed, you don’t need any other version of Flash than the ActiveX version. I’d clean all Flash versions out to eliminate any vulnerable versions/traces.

The Flash uninstaller will remove all versions of Flash, you will then need to install the latest versions for your installed browser(s), live link to the uninstaller: http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

I have the NPAPI version installed for Firefox which is my spare browser.

Satrow, thanks. I followed your advice and now have the latest Active X version of Flash.

      Good work, Roy.

Assuming this is one ‘side’ of the dual boot (in your sig.), have you run checks on the other System too?
