I never installed it.  It’s now just there.

Yes I got it on both of my machines that I upgraded from Windows 10.

Yes, I see I have it. Installed Nov 6, 2023. Same date as Windows Update installed Windows Configuration Update KB5030509.

It is not listed in Start > All Apps.

It is not listed in Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.

But it is listed in Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.

Dell XPS17, 11th Gen Intel I7, 64gb RAM, Windows 11 Home 24H2

I’m saw the same as @Paul. I found this PowerShell command to uninstall – Get-AppxPackage *Windows.DevHome* | Remove-AppxPackage. See Dev Home (Preview) – Microsoft Apps.

Why 99.9% of Windows users that are not developers need another Windows OS bloat ?

Dev Home showed up in my 22H2 build 22621.2506 desktop. I found this thread in EleveForums and uninstalled Dev Home for all users.

Got it here too.  In apps/installed apps – nowhere else though.  I was wondering if safe to uninstall it.

I did left click on start and search for dev and there it is.

Should I uninstall it?
