This is driving me nuts! I know I have done this before but can’t remember how!! hairout
In Excel I would like to put an icon on the toolbar so when I click it, it will open the AutoCorrect options box. I can find the icon and add it to my toolbar in Word but just can’t find it in Excel. Then I created a macro that recorded me opening AutoCorrect options and assigned the macro to a custom button. But when I click on the button nothing happens. What the heck am I forgetting?

      Try this:
      – Select Tools | Customize…
      – Click on Tools in the menu bar to make the Tools menu drop down.
      – Click on the AutoCorrect Options item and drag it with the Ctrl key held down to a convenient place on a toolbar and drop it there.
      – Close the Customize dialog.

(Holding down Ctrl copies the item instead of moving it)
