I have a query which provides a group of IDs that can go for batch processing. I want to show list of these IDs along with a chechbox, so that user can select what all IDs go for batch processing and which ones don’t.
I am trying to use Autoform Tabular Form , its showing me all the records but I added a checkbox to the design of this form and if I check the checkbox for one record it automatically gets checked for all the records.
How can I make it work?
Or if any one has totally different approach for this problem?
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Isha

I would create a ID table, with 2 field , ID field and Yes/no field.
Create a form in datasheet view and let the user check the yes/no field for the ID’s he want.
You could the make a query on you ID table Where Yes/No field = TRUE to retrieve the ID to process.

Another approach would be a Multi select listbox with the ID’s and process the selected ID’s.
