    Good Morning,

I am working on a form that needs to automatically calculate the hours and minutes that are entered. I have attached a document with the set up I’m using.
Start Time: Entered in as hours: minutes
Round Trip Travel Time, Contact time and Documentation time are all entered in as minutes; 55, not 00:55
I would like the total field to add the minutes entered to the start time and display the total time as hours and minutes.

    Thank you,

    SME

Although it’s possible, Word is not the most suitable application for this. It would be much easier to develop the form in Excel (or in Access).

If you still want to do it in Word, check out Macropod’s Date Calculations in Word (2.46).
