I don’t know whether this is possible but is there a way to automatically transfer some data from a field in Access to a table in Word?
If you see the screenshot the top part is in Access the bottom part is the word table.
The only way l know to do this at the moment is by copying and pasting, is there a way to automatically do this?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Do you want to transfer data from the currently displayed record in a form, or from all records, or …?

        From the currently display data.

Then copy/paste seems to be easy enough…

Can this be automated as this is something l have to keep on doing all the time.
It would be far easier if l could automate. To save me copying data opening Word etc.

Yes it is something that can be automated using … Automation. If you haven’t worked with that facility, you might find our Automation Tutorial useful. In particular it contains several links demonstrating how to automate Word from Access – your use of a Word table will make it a bit more complex, as the object model for manipulating Word tables is not terribly intuitive, but it can be done.

              Thanks for that.
