Question – How do I blank out a form or reset it so that new data can be entered after the old data has been viewed?
    Thanks in advance.

Bound or unbound form? Are you trying to add a new record, change data in an existing record, or what?

The form is bound to a query – it has check boxes that run a make table query and then lets you preview a report. When you exit the report it returns you to the form – I would like to create a button the clears all the check boxes so that a new report can be run – but I would like the user to be able to do this when they are ready – by clicking on a command button.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand. If the form is bound to a query, what do the checkboxes do? Are the controls bound to fields in the query? Are you displaying data in the form before creating a report, or what?
