Can not access shared doc (access 2002)

My wife maintains a database on her computer and it is saved in her SHARED DOCUMENTS folder. I have been able to access it from my computer without a problem. I had to “redo” my computer when it had gotten infected with multiple trojan horses. Now when I try to open her database, I get the following message: Microsoft Access cannot open this file. This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems.
To open the file, copy it to your computer or an accessible network location. What can I do to get around this?

It appears that I need to “reset” my network connections. As I mentioned, I “redid” my primary system after it became infected and I must have “lost” the network sharing settings because my wife can not access my shared documents either.
