Can’t Login to ATT Web Mail using Firefox

I use Windows XP and Firefox. All of a sudden I cannot log on to my ATT webmail account. It just goes around and asks me again to log on. Yet I can log on with two other computers on my network. One is running XP and the other Win 7. I have gone through the change password routine to no avail. I compared the settings in Firefox Tools-Options, and they are the same. I have also deleted and reloaded Firefox.

Thanks, jwitalka. Problem solved! Chatted with AT&T for about thirty minutes and it was determined that it was not an AT&T problem, but most likely Firefox. I went to the Mozilla website. The solution: in Firefox, restart in Safe mode, which opens without add-ons. This didn’t work, so went to Firefox – Help – Troubleshooting Information, selected Reset Firefox to its Default State. Everything great now. Thanks.
