After years of using Outlook, now 2007, I just noticed something under the column headings which I don’t recall every having seen before.

I did a search in Outlook “Help” and also on Google but they turned up nothing. So, I’m hoping someone here can enlighten me as to what this thing is, how it can be used, etc.

See [post=”702691″]Post 702691[/post]. The option lets you create a new item directly by typing in the top row of the display, instead of by opening the new message/task/… window.

Thanks….. too many features and not enough savvy to know what they are nor how to use them.
