I use to know how to do this but the memory is starting to slip. I want to change the size and / or type of font that is used by the column / row markers (the A, B, C, … and 1, 2, 3, …).

    How do I do that?

The font for column and row headers is that of the Default style. If you modify this, you will also change the formatting of all cells that don’t have explicit formatting.
