Conditional Formula To Change Font Colour

What I am struggling to acheive with a conditional formula is if I enter “2” ia cell then all of that row will have red text, e.g. B11,C11,D11 etc.
Basically want I want to acheive is if I enter a “1” then its just black text as it is now but if I enter a “2” it changes colour. This is in a time sheet and will help me to identify when I work a bank holiday easily.

This should do the trick. Note that once you have it entered you can select the cells in the last row the CF is applied to then just copy down in Col B to increase the range or just change the apply to range to include the last row desired.
