I’m the Secretary of my local tennis club. I therefore regularly send out e:mails to the members detailing forthcoming events etc. I would like to make these a bit more attractive, and was therefore trying to create them to look like an HTML web page with graphics etc. included.

However I cannot find anywhere how I can do this. (It’s clearly possible having received many from organisations in the past).

    Can someone please confirm:

1). Can Outlook do this for me, if so how?
2). If not, is there a simple way around it?

Regards and thanks in advance for any assistance.

To pick a default layout for new mails, select Tools | Options…, activate the Mail Format tab and either select a layout from the “Use this stationery by default” dropdown, or click Stationery Picker.
To pick a layout for one message, select Actions | New Mail Message Using | More Stationery…

Thanks for that. So if I create a specifc background, I can create this as Stationery which I can then select through the processes you have suggested. I will try this and let you know.

        Thanks,

        Geoff
