I’m using Outlook 2010 on my Windows 8.1 laptop. My hotmail account synced okay to the outlook mail / calendar etc but puts everything into a separate set of folders under my hotmail email address, leaving the ‘Outlook Data File’ set of folders empty. This is confusing and inconvenient.
I found instructions to change the folder that mail is delivered to, but they don’t match the commands and options on my screen. Maybe I have an out of date help page? I can post a screenshot here if that help anyone help me.
