    Hi all,

A few days ago my Outlook reading pane suddenly started showing emails in a strange way that looks like it should be the mobile view. The font is spaced out more, and the email content is in a single column with free open space on each side. This strange format also holds when I expand the email into it’s own window, however when I print the email, or send the email, the appropriate formatting is applied to it.
To date I have done the following with no success:
    removed view, added view back
verified the proper HTML/RT/PT formatting is correct and applied
removed my profile and re-added it
    created a brand new profile
    removed outlook and re-installed
ensured that I was in the “mouse mode” as opposed to “touch mode”
opened in Safe Mode – which allows the emails in the reading pane to be in the correct format, but once I open it up not in safe mode, it reverts.
updated , and then removed and re-added in all of the add-ons
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am at my wits end and desperate for solutions!
Thank you to anyone who can help,
    Haven’t the foggiest
