Starting with Windows 10 version 1803 a tool was made available that may be helpful for users willing to dig in and learn about its potential. Actually the tool itself needs to be downloaded from the Microsoft Store, the following links may prove helpful for learning about this app. Starting off it appears to me to be in a foreign language with what looks like programmers or scripting codes for experienced coders or users. This app – tool works best with a Microsoft Account, (for the Privacy Dashboard), but also works with possibly limited functionality using a Local Account.
