Enabling “Startup Apps” option in the “Change Action Center settings” window

Hi

I have Windows 8.1 Update Enterprise 64-bit.

I noticed that, in the “Change Action Center settings” window, the “Startup Apps” option is disabled. How come? How do I enable it?

What is the purpose of this option?

Good question. Wish I knew the answer.

Mine is enabled but greyed out so that I can’t disable it.

Mine is grayed out as well….grayed out as enabled….same as you BruceR.
