      Welcome to the Lounge!

If your computer is not on domain network, you can stop Computer Browser service. Contact your network administrator for more information.

If it is your home computer, you certainly can stop the service. However, if your computer acts as an Internet gateway for other computers, do not stop it!

Take heart, the message you’re reporting has nothing to do with Internet access. You can safely ignore it. Likewise with the Computer Browser service. If you want to know what a Master Browser is in a Windows network, Google can reveal that, too. smile
