I have some data in Access that I would like to export to MS Project. Can anyone suggest how I would go about doing it?
I can export the data to Excel then import to Project, however Some of the information (memo field) is truncated when it gets exported to Excel.
I would prefer to leave everything in Access, but management wants some of it in Project.

    Thanks

I haven’t used project in years, but if you can import to it from Excel, then try exporting from Access into a tab delimited format (Word mail merge format is tab-delimited). You should be able to import that into Project, but I don’t know how the memo field will behave. You’ll just have to try it out. shrug

Thanks Charlotte. I endedup exporting it to a text file then doing the import. Bit more work, but achieved what I wanted.
