I want to create a form letter with fields. You see I have 3 text fields (Company Name, Address and Phone). Is it possible to enter the Company Name and automatically have the Address and phone number entered????

Also I have a Description field. The field could be one line up to 100 lines long. If it is many lines the next below moves down which can cause problems. Any thoughts on how to prevent this from happening???

You could place the field in a table row that has a fixed height, this would not prevent more text being added but it will prevent anything below it from being scrolled down.
