Generate list of Available Windows Updates

I have seen programs that can list the WindowsUpdates installed on a PC or Server; is there one that can list the available updates that are ready to be installed? I have a client that has nit done updates in about a year on 2003 server. I want a list that I can easily reference while reviewing them to before installing them, like a CS list of the KB numbers, so that I don’t have ego scroll through the list in Windows, and write down each #…

You can also try the MS Security Baseline Analyzer tool which lists patches along with links to the Microsoft documentation. It also gives more in depth information about potential security holes.
