I am on a MacBook Pro with Apple M2 chip. Currently, this Mac is running macOS Sequoia Beta. I need to create a Windows 10 bootable USB on this Mac so I can install Windows 10 on a spare PC without operating system.

I tried to find the official bootcamp app on M2 Mac but unable to locate it. So what is the best method to make a Windows 10 bootable USB installer on Apple Silicon Mac?

    Thanks

I run Macs with Apple Silicon. Booatcamp us not available on Apple Silicon. I have Win11 installed in Parallels VMs on M1 and M2Max. Apple Silicon requires Windows on ARM. I am under the impression that Win10 is not available for this situation.

There is a method, found by one of our MVPs @satrow , which I have read over. It seems a possibility, I can in no way guarantee that it works. But you can try. Best of luck!

Thanks for the tip. I tried the Terminal approach before posting in here. I followed the steps exactly but my PC failed to recognize the USB as a bootable device, no matter formatted by FAT32 or exFAT.

It can be done within a few clicks according to the best answer from this Apple official discussion:

Simply download Windows 10 ISO from USB drive, fire up the app and connect a USB flash drive to the Mac. After that, choose the USB drive from drop-down menu and start burning Windows 10 ISO to USB. Most importantly, it will split the install.wim file automatically so you can easily make a Windows 10 bootable USB on Mac with a FAT32 USB. By default, NTFS writing is not available on any macOS.
