W7pro was direct, but with W10pro do we need to download a separate ‘Show or hide updates’ program ?
    Thoughts ?
    Thank you.

Thanks again for your help, akm (Dell Inspiron 15 (forced from W7 to W10), Ofc2003. FireFox, Privatefirewall 7, Avast, SuperAntiSpyware, MBAM)!

Download wushowhide.diagcab from Microsoft. Run wushowhide, Click on “Advanced,” then uncheck the box to Apply fixes auromatically.” Under “Hide Updates” check the ones you don’t want and OK.

You will need to follow the proceduddre in AKB2000013 to clear the Windows Update cache before you go to Windows Update.
