    hello everyone;

    i need a bit of help:

    background:
    a) i have upgraded my machine from XP [XP] Pro SPK3 to W7 Home Premium [W7HP] SPK1.
    before, i was using Adobe Acrobat 6 Pro, beautiful program.
    it enabled me to create (printing into) PDF files web pages, to merge several PDFs into a new one, to extract page(s) from a file to create a new one.
    made he happy indeed.
    W7HP declared incompatible, and routes me to Adobe which forces me TO BUY latest version.
    b) i am also migrating to Apache Open Office [AOE], which i find convenient for my writing and spreadsheet needs.

    b) question:
    could i please get help / assistance / advice on how to use AOE Writer to save a web page and convert it into a pdf?
    i believe (from what i read in AOE site), that it is possible.

    last but not least:

    i am not quite sure this subject is for this section of the lounge, if not, i will appreciate the moderator assistance to post in the appropriate one.

    thanks in advance to everyone.

    daniel rozenberg.

      i found that Mozilla has an add-on which saves a web page in pdf.
      this solves my (main) problem, and i hope it will too for those which were following this post and have a similar issue.

      I use LibreOffice and that allows you to save as HTML / PDF etc without a plug-in.
