I connected a spreadsheet to an Access query. I added 2 new fields to the Access query. I took all the fields back and then readded them so that the new fields were in the right order. Now, when I refresh the data, the new fields get added to the end of the spreadsheet. Now, I want to break the link and start again. How do I remove the link and relink it again to include the new fields?

Open the Sheet

Right Mouse click over the Data

Choose Data range Properties

Then remove tick from Preserve Column, Sort Filter Properties.

Then Right Mouse Click and Refresh
