Is it safe to delete the attached list of .tmp files?

I’m using Phil Rabichow’s “Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word” and have done the first search he talks about. The attached list of .tmp files is what the search found. I’m not enough of a systems person to know whether it’s safe to delete them. Can someone tell me?
