I normally use the ‘New Posts Since Last Visit’ Link to catch up on latest posts, but last few days it’s been telling me no posts, and I’ve had to resort to using posts from last 3 days link. I haven’t cleared cookies or done anything different to my usual practice so any advice ould be welcome.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I couldn’t find a ‘problems with the forum’ section.

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

I have found the ‘New Posts Since Last Visit’ link only works on the first viewing the AskWoody site before your do any clicking. If click something else on the site, THEN click the ‘New Posts Since Last Visit’ link your “last visit’ was moments before you clicked the ‘New Posts Since Last Visit’ so it will show no posts.
Then you gotta look at the links on the right side.

AskWoody LoungerAugust 27, 2024 at 10:55 am #2699708I’ve discovered an interesting way round this problem.
If I don’t click remember me when I log on, so that I have to log on every time I access the site, I get the required new posts sincc last visit, which suits me just fine. Staying logged on seems to lose the relative info for last visit.
