Macro to delete message and add to junk senders (2000)

I seem to spend a lot of time adding senders to the junk senders list, and deleting message. Actions|Junk Senders|Add to junk senders list, delete.

I’d like to have a macro that I can assign to a keystroke or button that would do this for me. Has anybody written such a macro that they can share?

Or is there a “record macro” option in Outlook that I haven’t managed to find?
